Volunteer

MYACT is a wonderful organization that supports the growth of children, youth, teens and adults through dance, music and theatre activities. 

We are actively seeking volunteers.

If you are a theater practitioner (or know anyone who is) that can help us build our artistic community, please contact us and let us know how you would like to be involved.

We thrive off of the generosity and support of the community. We want you involved! There are always opportunities to volunteer for this 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Here are some of the many ways you can be involved.

  • Work Days: Cleaning, organizing, building, painting, etc. 

  • Show Days: Ushering, box office, parking patrol, meeting/greeting, concessions

  • Sets/Costumes: Assist with costumes and sets

  • Administration: organizing/contacting volunteer, filing paperwork

  • Miscellaneous: Anything from helping out at fundraising events, to driving to the store

We are always searching for artistic professionals be involved at MYACT and need many roles to add to our crew of professionals:

  • MUSICAL DIRECTORS

  • CHOREOGRAHERS

  • ACTORS

  • DIRECTORS/A.D.

  • STAGE MANAGERS

  • SOUND TECHNICIANS

  • PROPS MASTERS

  • COSTUME DESIGNERS

  • INSTRUCTORS

We also need more highly involved and engaged members on our MYACT Board of Directors.
